Shipping cost is calculated based on shipping method selected upon checkout. Shipping options will be listed at time of purchase. Tracking details can be located in your confirmation email 

For international shipping, if you are outside the following regions, please contact us directly (at distorterhaus@gmail.com) to arrange purchase:

• United States, Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, United Kingdom.

Customs fees, duties, and tarriffs will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Items eligible for return must be initiated within 15 days upon receipt. Products must be in the same unused and working condition they were received in, with all original packaging. Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Customers must purchase and print their own return label. 

Because some of our pedals are made upon ordering, return policies will vary. Please contact us if you have any questions before purchasing.

To initiate a return, please email us at distorterhaus@gmail.com and include your order number. 

We will fix all Distorterhaus pedals for life. 

Distorterhaus offers a lifetime warranty for original purchases (proof of purchase must be provided). This warranty is non-transferable. 

• Within 30 days of purchase- Distorterhaus will cover the cost of shipping to and from the customer. 

• After 30 days- shipment to us must be paid for by the customer; return shipping (to the customer) will be paid for by Distorterhaus. 

Repairs requiring replacement of hard-to-source, rare, or vintage parts will receive the closest available substitute at the time of service. 

Any pedals deemed beyond repair will require a parts replacement fee. 

Repairs of pedals purchased secondhand will incur a small bench fee and shipping charges.
